Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Nature of Service: Dadley Solutions provides one-off lifestyle, habit, physical wellbeing, and routine audits ("Services"). These services consist of non-clinical guidance, educational insights, and lifestyle recommendations.
Scope of Practice: Services provided do not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical dietary treatment.
2. Client Declarations & Responsibility
Independent Medical Clearance: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in lifestyle and fitness guidance. You are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional or GP before making significant changes to your physical exercise, nutrition, or daily health habits.
Self-Reliance: You assume full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional health during and following any consultation.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund or rebooking.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Pre-Session Forms: You agree to submit any required pre-session intake forms at least 24 hours before your consultation. Failure to submit required information may result in your session being rescheduled.
4. Emergency & Mental Health Disclaimer
Crisis Support: Dadley Wisdom is not a crisis or mental health emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe distress, or medical emergency, you must contact emergency services (see Links to support page)
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadley Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your implementation of advice, routines, or suggestions provided during or after a consultation.
6. Privacy & Data
Personal data collected during intake and consultation sessions is kept strictly confidential and processed solely to deliver your service in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
